The single-family house An der Rennbahn 16 in Forst is located in the district of Spree-Neiße in the southeast of the state of Brandenburg. Surrounded by a lot of green and a good connection to Cottbus and its university (approx. 28 minutes above A15), Forst is a charming small town for families, nature lovers and students. The town is famous for its East German rose garden, which has been around for more than 100 years. It is open all year round and attracts many tourists and locals alike. Another highlight of the region is the Cottbusser Ostsee, an artificial lake with a shoreline length of 26 kilometres.

The house is located at the famous Forster cycling track, near the bus stop “Forst Rennbahn”. The area is characterised by one to two-storey residential buildings surrounded by idyllic forest landscapes.
