The detached single-family house is located in the Sommerfeldsiedlung in Kleinmachnow near Berlin. The settlement was built in the 1930s by the building contractor Adolf Sommerfeld, who was aiming for a development with town houses for medium-sized families.

The historic streetscape of the settlement has been preserved till this day.

The 220 m² single-family house was subsequently built with a basement and the ground and upper floors were extensively renovated. A fitness room will be set up in the basement. An extension was built on the courtyard side, on which there is a roof terrace with whirlpool. In the garden, a sauna and swimming pool with a counter-current system were built.
