Butterflyhouses, Liesborner Weg 19, 13507 Berlin

In Liesborner Weg 19 in the Berlin district of Tegel, two two-story residential buildings with one residential unit each are being built. The planned butterfly houses will be placed in such a way that they take advantage of the slope of the property and thus merge with the site. As a result, the view from the villa on the property towards the lake is not blocked and the charm of the garden with its vegetation is used. The result is an unusually exciting residential project that has the qualities of a single house with a private outdoor area and also forms an ensemble in the urban context with the villa and the outside space.
