Seestr. 75, 15755 Schwerin

Seestr. 75 is located in a new housing estate in the south-western part of Schwerin in Brandenburg. The existing residential ensemble is being expanded with additional single-family homes. furthermore a sauna and a fitness studio will be built, as well as a boat mooring for communal use with direct access to the Mielitzsee.

The Seestraße is built up with owner-occupied houses as well as weekend houses and boat moorings. It is the only road that provides access to the spit of land formed by the various surrounding lakes. A golf & country club is located in the immediate vicinity, giving the village an exclusive atmosphere.

The village is 40 km from Berlin. The A 13 highway runs between Schwerin and Groß Köris, which borders directly to the east, with the Groß Köris junction (from Schönefelder Kreuz), and the main railway line Berlin-Cottbus-Görlitz with the Groß Köris station is only 250 m further east.
