Description

At Trabener Str. 66 – 14193 Berlin Grunewald, in the so-called Villengürtel (villa-belt) of Berlin, about 900 square metres of luxurious living space are being created distributed over 3 units with exclusive underground parking.

The villa colony Grunewald was created with the expansion of the Kurfürstendamm at the end of the shopping mile and became one of the most exclusive residential areas of Berlin.

The 300-hectare woodland area, bordered by the Havel River to the west, gives the area its name. In addition to the natural Halensee lake in the north and the Hundekehlesee lake in the south, 4 further lakes – the Hertha-, Hubertus-, Königs- and Dianasee (Dianalake) – were created by draining swampy areas.

Despite the lake-rich landscape, the district also has a connection to the S-Bahn line and a good connection to the city motorway.
