This architectural monument originates from the Middle Ages. After the town fire in 1671 it was reconstructed on the rests of the original building. The planning and the corresponding reconstruction included the incorporation of different units in this multi-piece building – consisting of a main building and a rear building, connected with 2 Längsgebäuden, that enclose an interior courtyard – ensuring Historic Preservation Regulations as well as fire and thermal protection requirements.
